Business Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Business Terms of Service (“Business Terms”) govern your use of Sevigram’s business dashboard, provider profiles, and related tools operated by Sevigram Technologies Ltd (“Sevigram”, “we”, “us”). By registering a business, listing services, or accepting bookings through Sevigram, you agree to these Business Terms.
If you book services as a customer, our Customer Terms of Service apply instead.
1. Agreement
These Business Terms form a binding agreement between you (the “Provider”, “you”, or “your business”) and Sevigram. If you do not agree, do not use provider features on the Platform.
2. Eligibility and onboarding
- You must be authorized to bind the business you register on Sevigram.
- You must provide accurate business information, including name, category, contact details, and policies.
- We may review, approve, reject, or suspend provider accounts at our discretion.
- You must maintain valid licenses, permits, and insurance required for your services and location.
3. Independent business
You operate as an independent business, not as an employee or agent of Sevigram. You are solely responsible for service quality, safety, staffing, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.
4. Listings
- Service descriptions, pricing, availability, photos, and policies must be accurate and not misleading.
- You must honor prices and terms shown to customers at the time of booking, subject to stated policies.
- We may moderate or remove listings, including hero photos or media, that violate these Business Terms or our content standards.
5. Bookings and customer data
- You may use customer personal data only to fulfil bookings, provide support, and comply with law.
- You must keep customer information confidential and not use it for unrelated marketing without consent.
- You are responsible for how your staff and subcontractors handle customer data.
6. Payments and payouts
- Customer payments are processed through Stripe and Paystack or other payment partners we designate.
- Provider payouts are handled through Stripe Connect or Paystack subaccounts or equivalent payout services you onboard with.
- Sevigram may deduct platform fees, payment processing costs, or adjustments as disclosed during onboarding or in your dashboard.
- Payout timing and holds follow the relevant payment partner’s rules and our stated policies.
7. Cancellations and policies
You must configure and honour cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund policies shown to customers at checkout. You are responsible for communicating changes that affect active bookings where required by law or contract.
8. Reviews and disputes
- Customers may leave reviews about their experience. Respond professionally and lawfully.
- Sevigram may facilitate dispute communication but does not guarantee outcomes between you and customers.
- We may remove reviews or responses that violate our policies or applicable law.
9. Profile analytics
Sevigram provides aggregated first-party analytics on your public profile (for example visits, book clicks, shares, and quick-book starts). These metrics do not identify individual customers in your dashboard. Analytics may be subject to the same consent requirements as other optional analytics on the consumer site where applicable.
10. Acceptable use and content standards
You agree not to:
- List illegal, unsafe, or prohibited services.
- Make false or deceptive claims about qualifications, pricing, or results.
- Engage in fraud, fee avoidance, or manipulation of reviews or rankings.
- Upload content you do not have rights to use.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your provider account for breach of these Business Terms, repeated poor performance, fraud, legal requirements, or operational reasons. You may stop using provider features at any time, subject to obligations for existing bookings.
12. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Sevigram a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and promote your listings and business profile on the Platform and in marketing materials related to Sevigram.
13. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sevigram is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of provider tools. Our aggregate liability relating to provider services is limited as described in our Customer Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to indemnify Sevigram against claims arising from your services, listings, breach of these Business Terms, or violation of law.
14. Governing law
These Business Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you.
15. Future programs
Sevigram may introduce referral, promotion, or partner programs from time to time. Separate terms will apply when those programs launch. Until then, no referral rewards or partner incentives are guaranteed.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these Business Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@sevigram.com
