Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sevigram Technologies Ltd (“Sevigram”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use www.sevigram.com, our business dashboard, and related services (together, the “Platform”).
Who we are
Sevigram Technologies Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed through the Platform, except where we act as a processor on behalf of a service provider (for example, when a provider uses customer data solely to deliver a booked service under their own obligations).
Registered address: Lagos, Nigeria.

Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on www.sevigram.com. They fall into two categories:
Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to function — for example sign-in, session management, security, and remembering preferences during a visit. They do not require consent under applicable law.
Optional (non-essential)
With your permission, we use optional cookies and similar technologies to measure and improve the product. This includes analytics cookies via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We do not use marketing or advertising cookies at this time; if we add them in the future, we will ask for consent before enabling them.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before setting optional cookies. You can accept or reject optional cookies from the cookie banner or via in the site footer.
Analytics
When analytics is enabled and permitted by law or your consent, we use:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand pages viewed and interactions with key features. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.
- First-party profile analytics on public provider profiles (for example profile visits, book clicks, shares, and quick-book starts). These events are sent to Sevigram’s own API and are aggregated for provider dashboards. They are subject to the same analytics consent rules as GA4 where consent is required.
How we use your information
- Create and manage your account.
- Facilitate search, discovery, bookings, payments, and order management.
- Share relevant booking details with the provider you choose.
- Send transactional communications and service updates.
- Provide customer and provider support.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Measure and improve the Platform when analytics is enabled.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Contract — to provide the Platform and fulfil bookings you request.
- Legitimate interests — to secure the Platform, prevent abuse, and improve our services.
- Consent — for optional cookies and analytics where required.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data to comply with law.
How we share information
We may share personal data with:
- Service providers you book — name, contact details, booking information, and notes needed to deliver the service.
- Payment processors — notably Stripe and Paystack, to process customer payments and provider payouts.
- Analytics providers — Google, when GA4 is enabled and permitted.
- Communication and infrastructure providers — email delivery, hosting, storage, and security services that help us operate the Platform.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in Nigeria and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Platform, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Analytics data retention follows our GA4 property settings (typically 14 months unless configured otherwise). Aggregated profile analytics may be retained in provider dashboards according to our internal retention schedule.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
To exercise these rights, contact privacy@sevigram.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children
The Platform is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
